    The Indiana Athletic Trainers Association (IATA) invites your company/organization to be part of our Annual Sports Medicine Symposium - one of the premier opportunities to connect directly with Indiana athletic trainers from across the state.

    This year’s one-day, hands-on format is intentionally designed to maximize interaction, giving you meaningful time to showcase your products, answer questions, and build relationships with engaged professionals who are actively seeking innovative solutions. Your participation is not only valued, it plays a key role in creating a dynamic, high-quality experience for our attendees.

    EXHIBITOR FEES:
    A standard booth is available for just $350.00 and includes registration for one member of your team (additional registrations may be purchased), along with a 6-foot skirted table.

    SETUP & SCHEDULE:
    Exhibitor setup begins at 7:00 AM on June 7, coinciding with attendee registration. Educational sessions will run from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with dedicated exhibit breaks and lunch built into the schedule to ensure consistent traffic and engagement at your booth throughout the day.     All cancellations must be submitted in writing to kwilliams@thecorydongroup.com. Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a refund, minus a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received 13 days or fewer prior to the event are non-refundable. Special consideration may be given in cases of serious, unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of IATA.

    IATA Target Audience

    The IATA’s target audience for the Annual Meeting is Certified Athletic Trainers and other health care professionals that may find an interest in the content and knowledge the association and its constituents have to offer through lectures and laboratory presentations.

    Learning Objectives

    At the conclusion of this program, the participant should be able to:

    1.Demonstrate proficiency in the use of emergency equipment and emergency response techniques through guided discussion and hands-on practice to improve preparedness for sport- and activity-related emergencies.

    2. Identify physical, behavioral, and performance-related indicators of anabolic steroid use; evaluate third-party–tested supplement resources; and implement appropriate referral or intervention strategies when anabolic steroid use is suspected.

    3. Apply advanced evaluation and implement evidence-informed treatment interventions for selected musculoskeletal pathologies and biomechanical impairments in order to improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes.


    CEU's

    • Maximum of 7 CEUs can be claimed.

    ATA is approved by the Board of Certification, Inc. to offer continuing education (CE) to Certified Athletic Trainers.

    Registration Policy

    By clicking “Invoice Me” or “Pay Online” you are agreeing to pay the registration fee whether or not you attend the event. If you are no longer able to attend the event, you must formally cancel your registration or you are expected to pay the full registration fee. Please see the cancellation policy to see how cancellations will be reimbursed.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received in writing before 14 days prior to the date of the event will receive a refund minus a 20% administrative fee. Cancellations received in writing 13 days or less prior to the event will not receive a refund. Special consideration regarding refunds may be given in serious, unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of IATA.

    In the event that the premises where the event is to be held shall, in the sole determination of IATA, become unfit or unavailable for occupancy, or shall be substantially interfered with, by reason of picketing, strike, embargo, injunction, act of war, act of God, fire or state of emergency declared by any government agency or by reason of any federal, state or local law or regulation or by reason of any other occurrence beyond the control of IATA, IATA may relocate, cancel or terminate the event. In the event of such relocation, cancellation or termination, or any other relocation, cancellation or termination, IATA reserves the right to refund all, none or a portion of registration fees as IATA deems, in its sole discretion, appropriate.
